Camp
Goals
Our goals are as follows:
1. To develop individual relationships with children in
order to bring them and their families into a personal
relationship with Jesus Christ.
Objectives to meet this goal:
 Maintain a 1-12 adult to child ratio
Provide staff training in order to discern and attempt
to meet campers' individual needs
Develop program activities that are geared toward relationship
building
Encourage and direct families toward church attendance
2. To provide a safe environment for children.
Objectives to meet this goal:
All staff are required to be certified in First Aid and
Red Cross
Maintain updated participant registration records
Maintain emergency policy and procedures plans for fire,
natural disaster, lost child, transportation and stranger
on premise
3. To provide engaging programs for children ages 4-14.
Objectives to meet this goal:
Develop outlets for creative expression through drama,
crafts and music
Program physical activities involving sports, games and
outdoor play
Provide opportunities for individualized outlets, such
as homework room, movies, indoor game room activities,
etc. |
